We are often quick to share what we don’t want but not as quick to share the opposite. Therefore we often put more energy and time into focusing on what we don’t want, as opposed to focusing on what we DO want. Our struggle with focusing on the wrong thing is almost a form of procrastination. So today we are sharing three questions to ask yourself when it seems like you can’t focus.

  • Do I really want this?

Is this goal really something that you want to obtain, or is this something that you thought saw someone else wanted and thought it was cool? Don’t keep getting sidetracked by something that is not of real value to you.

  • Where does it rank in your priority list?

Out of all the things that you think you want, how important is this to you? When you prioritize, where do you place this desire in your life? When should it really be completed or obtained? Is timing of the essence?

  • Why is it important to manifest this desire or complete this goal?

What do you gain by obtaining this goal? How will the results impact your life? How will this deposit into your life?

Do you have any other tips for focus? Drop them below.
