The Baton Rouge Natural Hair Expo Returns Bigger & Better

Baton Rouge, LA (November 17, 2017)The Baton Natural Hair Expo returns to the city Sunday at The Belle of Baton Rouge. This time the event will feature a new component to the expo called the Stylist Corner.

The Baton Rouge Natural Hair Expo is a family oriented fun and educational event for all ages. Attendees will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with other naturals. Young children are able to see other children and adults who have hair just like theirs and the opportunity to learn how to manage and care for their natural hair. Attendees also have the opportunity to shop with an array of vendors.

“The Stylist Corner will allow those who would like to get their hair styled by stylists who specialize in natural hair, the opportunity to have it styled at the event. Participants must come with their hair freshly washed and product free. They’ll pay the Stylist at the event,” the H2BN team explained.

The purpose of The Baton Rouge Natural Hair Expo is to promote self esteem, self awareness, healthy natural hair and teach females and males how to manage and care for natural hair whether it be kinky, curly, loc’ d, or straight.

The Baton Rouge Natural Hair Expo is an annual event hosted by the owners of Happi 2 B Natural, L LC., Kiera Robins and Michelle Vicks. Happi 2 B Natural, LLC. is a natural body and hair care online business. It includes a host of guests such as Tosi with Hair Yum Vegan Hair Care, Pamela Booker with Koils By Nature, Angel Cornelius with La Belle Femme, and more. They will also have Kayy3 an aspiring singer/songwriter and the Creecy Sisters of Metairie, La. who will be entertaining guests with their awesome voices.
