Put the “T” back in hustle please!

We all have seen the memes “hustle in silence” and similar quotes.  I think we take this too literal and end up feeling the “T” has to be silent because we can’t trust anyone. These days your own best friend might walk away with your million dollar idea, right? Please believe I understand the feeling and can admit I have dished out my own shade to what I consider to be idea stealers.

I have questions though, if you are a true hustler, one idea is like a drop in the bucket right?  People aren’t truly idea stealers, they are idea implementers.

If that THOUGHT was so important, you would have pulled the TRIGGER.

I say this to say the energy we spend on keeping silent because we are worried about who might do what, is energy we can give to actually doing that thing!  I read the guy who founded Uber, heard the idea at a conference.  He got a TEAM together and he pulled the TRIGGER all while the other person was still TALKING about it.

The problem I find with being silent, you never know who you are talking to.  You have no accountability, and no one to bounce ideas off of.  I am not telling you to give away the whole kitchen sink or let everyone in the house.

What I am saying is make 2017 your year to put the “T” back in the word hustle, TAKE your THOUGHT to a new level by TALKING with the right people and  please pull the TRIGGER already.

Listening to TD Jakes this morning, confirmed this thought.  He said we are waiting on the blessing to build, but faith is building  and then you will be blessed.

If you want to TRIUMPH, THRIVE, and TRANSCEND, you must take that THOUGHT and pulled the TRIGGER.  That is my “T”, so what is yours?

Putting “T” in 2017,
