Ms. Tyra, born in Landstohl Germany and raised in Baltimore (County), Maryland, has always been intuitively organized with a keen sense of business acumen.
This mom-preneur, is a savvy professional with a combined experience of over 15 years in corporate America and retail. She is a visionary and strategist, passionate about painting the world organized.
“I organize because… I can’t live without it. Every aspect of life involves some degree of organization.” Tyra says.
Several years’ after graduating with honors and earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Tyra decided to follow her entrepreneurial spirit by opening the “virtual” doors to P.O.S.H. Life (PL) Enterprise in 2014.
PL is a full-service company founded on professional organizing principles and created to help individuals, families and small businesses (millennials, philanthropists, artists, etc.) to achieve work-life balance and improve quality of life. Offering on-site Organizing, Personal and Virtual Assistance, and Lifestyle Management services, PL delivers solutions that are specifically designed to fit home, event, project, or business needs. PL’s goal is to increase productivity and reduce stress in a way that achieves measurable and recognizable benefits to each of its unique clients.

How would you describe your swagher?
I am passionate, I am driven, I am genuine, I am human, I am stubborn, I am grateful, I am a perfectionist, I am loving. In all things that I take on, whether it is a relationship, a project, friendships, business, I do it with intention. I strive for perfection, always. What can I say I am a type-A personality – completely. I have not always dreamt of owning my own business. Honestly, I was an undecided major for two year of my college matriculation. What I can say is that what is for you will not pass you by. I was destined to run my own business. All of the years being frankly unhappy, underpaid and unappreciated in corporate America, was just preparing me. Preparing me to serve my clients with nothing but excellence. I strive to exceed expectations. I absolutely love what I do. Being part of the millennial entrepreneur “club” in ATL is so fulfilling. Now that I have recognized my passion and see that my business and all of its services are needed, I will stop at nothing to change and continue to influence my clients lives and the organization industry. “Organization is not a destination, it’s a lifestyle.” #poshswagher
Goal in life:
“My goal in life is to define my own success and live a life full of love and laughter. To travel and influence the lives of other women looking to be better organized. To teach my son to be intentional in all things, and to become his own boss. To further change the face of the organizing industry and establish P.O.S.H. Life Enterprise as the go to company for all things organization. To be true to myself and to be the best women, wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend that I can be.
