CHANGING THE GAME: Why changing your look is good for the soul

beauty looksOne can look at this picture and think that it is different people.  Surprise!! It is not.  It’s all one person, I know because it is me.  These pictures were all taken within a month and a half.  Consistency is sometimes boring.  It is funny how changing your hair or makeup can give you a whole other look and perspective.  While I will say during the week or doing business (depending on the type), it is important to have a “go to” look, your free time is all yours.  On the weekend you can try a new style or color, meditate on it and go from there.  You never know how a change of “scenery” can improve your outlook on things.

I often try on different looks to see what looks best or what goes with my mood.  It makes me feel good to look in the mirror and see improvement.  You don’t know until you try it.  Rather it is rocking a natural style with natural make up or something short with popping pink lipstick, own it!

We all get stuck in a rut at times and that is why I say “changing your look is good for your soul.”  Some beauty looks will give you a more business vibe and your attitude tends to me more serious.  Other looks makes you pull out that inner “diva” and you are on cloud nine.  Figure out what works for you and go with that.  Look at magazines or your friends who always seem to have their look together.  Take that and make it your own.  When you are trying a new look, take selfies from all angles.  This way you can see if it works for you or not.  Good Luck!

Sincerely,

Vshinell
