Atlanta, Ga., November 17, 2014 — Atlanta’s most charitable celebrities gathered at Nancy’s Pizza in

Buckhead to support the Urban Youth Empowerment Project of America Inc. (U.Y. E. P.) canned food drive

presented by the Jay Productions Agency and Trois Degrés Management & Media. Crowds brought in more

than 300 canned food items to be distributed in areas of English Avenue and Vine City plagued with crime and

Next singer RL fiancée Lena Danielle brought more than seven cases. Other celebrities, such as music executive

Memphitz Wright, Football Wives star Chanita Foster and Real Housewives star Kandi Burruss’ husband Todd

Tucker gave generously as well.

“I am pleased with the contributions made tonight and hope they can be used to uplift families in our

community,” said Darius Matlock, founder and CEO of U.Y.E.P.

U.Y.E.P is a community-based nonprofit formulated to develop and improve economically and socially

challenged urban communities in the metropolitan Atlanta area. The organization has many initiatives in place

across the local youth scene and continues to expand with the support of Atlanta celebrities and public figures.
