A Rush

Motivation. Motivation.  Wherefore art though oh motivation?

My mind has been all over the place lately, and I cannot seem to focus on one task at a time. I have offers to do different things but writing being on top of them all. Plus there are other ventures I desire to take on…

I am not seeing clearly, therefore my judgement is cloudy.  I believe that is “a sign” (if I may say), to not bite off more than I can chew. If you set a goal be sure to attain it before moving on to the next challenge or opportunity. If you want to get to it that badly use that drive as determination to finish what is first.

More often than not, anxiety is what gets the best of us all. We get to a point that we are so near completion of one element that we believe we have time and ability to take on another. But never celebrate a victory prematurely.  Just because you can see the finish line doesn’t mean you will make it to it.

When it is your time to be victorious, you will be and you cannot make it any sooner than it is to come. I figured I would buckle down and write my motivation blog even though I was not at all motivated to do so, but you have to start otherwise you will never finish. The funny thing is, once you start you remember why you felt inspired to do it in the first place, and it makes it that much easier to continue and THEN your motivation kicks in.

You must be your own motivation and sometimes you are going to have to kick start it to get it going.

Your motivation must be a verb or else it will have no affect. If you allow it, it will remain a noun; a thing, and ultimately you get rid of ‘things’. Then whats left?

Continue to strive and thrive.
